NZART Conference in Wellington

May 31 - June 2

NZART Inc is holding its 99th Annual Conference in Wellington on King’s Birthday Weekend (1-3 June 2025).

The annual conference, as well as conducting its annual general meeting, also involves voting on remits put before the membership. A full program of seminars and talks on topics as far ranging as amateur satellites, antenna design to battery maintenance, as well as sub group AGMs such as WARO, OTC, SPAM and AREC’s forum and training sessions etc.

Not only is conference the main formal gathering of ZL hams for the year, it’s an opportunity to for New Zealand Amateur Radio operators of all walks of life to come together with friends new and old.

The Wellington Amateur Radio Club is involved in the organisation of this year’s conference, and will be hosting three workshops as part of the Sunday programme.

It is not every year that Conference comes to Wellington, so this is an excellent opportunity to meet other amateurs from around the country and listen first hand to the issues that drive amateur radio both nationally and internationally.
